Biography

Mary Grace "MG" Prinster is a Ph.D. Student in Statistics at George Mason University. Prior to beginning my PhD at George Mason, MG graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a major in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Statistics. During her undergraduate degree, MG worked as a research assistant performing molecular dynamics simulations, and upon graduation she worked for a government contractor where I assisted in graphical data analysis and experimental design for simulations.

MG is very passionate about statistical methods that can be applied to public policy, including survey statistics, longitudinal data analysis, time series analysis, bayesian and machine learning methods, and the intersection between network science and statistics. She is especially excited to spend my time at George Mason learning, researching and applying statistical methods that can be readily applied to housing and homelessness data in the United States.
